Classic Waxed Thread 3/0 Beige is part of the Semperfli 3/0 (220 Denier) range of Classic Waxed Threads (CWT) which have been designed specifically for fly tying for large Salmon, Predator, Streamer flies and for deer hair spinning with its great strength and usually used on hook sizes 8 or larger. CWT 3/0 threads are unique; laying flat with a two core construction but can easily be split to create dubbing loops and they are strong threads. We worked with our Pro Team to get the correct amount of wax on each thread to hold materials but not clog your bobbin holder with CWT 3/0. Having developed and manufactured our own computerised spooling machinery CWT 3/0 is put onto the spool with touching turns in totally level traverse, why is this important? With CWT 3/0 you will not get a birds nest when tying flies!
