Loon's Fluorescing Hard Head cement is a great alternative to traditional epoxy. This UV treated head finisher really shows up nice in the water and paired with a UV flashlight cures very quickly. This is especially useful if you do not own a rotating dryer. At a medium thick density it is easy to apply, not to thick, not to runny.
