Seaman, follows the river from the 1840s, when sportsmen discovered its salmon, through the era when its fishing rights belonged to Canada's Governors General, to the American-run 'Old Club', ending in the mid-1930s. Volume Two covers the river's eight camps and their anglers up to the present, along with log drives, commercial and Mi'kmaq netting, and river management.
